Manage high volume email inbound requests using established playbooks to deliver net new revenue Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/plans via email and video calls Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring customer retention and identifying upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
2+ years in an SMB/Growth Account Executive or customer-facing B2B role in a high volume environment, ideally SaaS Experience selling or discussing multiple solutions with customers Ability to manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining quality Experience meeting KPIs/targets and using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) Familiarity with MEDDPIC and BANT is a plus
