As a Junior Sales & Events Manager, you’ll work directly with customers in retail and event-based environments, helping promote products and services through face-to-face interactions. This role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere with clear opportunities for advancement into leadership and management.
Responsibilities:
Represent a leading telecommunications brand at retail events, pop-up activations, and promotional campaigns Engage directly with customers to discuss wireless products, promotions, and service options Build positive customer relationships through professional and high-energy interactions Participate in daily team meetings, sales training, and leadership development sessions Support customer acquisition, enrollment, and retention efforts Assist with event setup, branding materials, displays, and campaign coordination Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and performance goals Learn foundational leadership, communication, and business development skills Maintain accurate tracking of customer interactions and campaign results
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality Comfortable working in face-to-face, customer-facing environments Self-motivated with a strong work ethic 1–2 years of customer service, retail, hospitality, or related experience preferred Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required Individuals seeking long-term growth and advancement opportunities
