Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion, high energy, with at least 3 years of sales and marketing experience within the hospice or home health arena, with a proven track record in driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and compassion. Must be a strong relationship builder with the ability to work independently. Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through connecting with hospitals, physicians and Skilled nursing facilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners. Utilize contact management software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position our services effectively. Requirements
3 years of hospice or home health care sales experience with a solid book of business Proven experience and verifiable performance in hospice or home health sales. Proficiency in contact management CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
