Key Responsibilities for the Junior Business:
Manage daily office operations, supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination
Provide light administrative support to executive leadership
Assist with presentations and internal materials (Canva)
Support financial and data tracking in Excel and spreadsheets
Help prepare and manage monthly lender draw packages
Track leasing and asset management activity as needed
Qualifications for the Junior Business Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
2+ years experience office administration or office management
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Comfort learning new tools and working with data
Salary: $65,000–$75,000
