Job Description Job Description $90K–$100K+ | HUNTER SALES ROLE |East Texas Wholesale Business Development Specialist Tyler, Longview + surrounding areas | Field-Based This is NOT a sit-back-and-wait sales job. This is for the rep who creates deals, owns their territory, and wins. If you’re a true outside sales hunter who thrives on building relationships in the field and closing real business—you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Hunt and close new B2B accounts (builders, contractors, investors, dealers) Live in the field: job sites, cold calls, referrals, networking Sell flooring + cabinets based on value—not price Build a $100K+/month territory within 12–15 months Own your pipeline, schedule, and results What It Takes Bilingual: English + Spanish Proven outside sales / business development mindset You prospect daily (20–25 touches/week minimum) You handle rejection and keep moving You’re respected by contractors and blue-collar pros You close—and build long-term relationships
