Key Responsibilities for the AR / Deductions Role
Process cash applications and customer payments Research and resolve customer deductions Enter deduction data into AS400 Follow up on past-due balances and open deductions Retrieve PODs and supporting documentation as needed Assist with reconciliations and credit memos
Qualifications for the AR / Deductions Role
Prior AR and deductions experience Basic Excel proficiency Experience working with PDFs and supporting documentation AS400 and/or D365 exposure a plus
