Represent PepsiCo's Quaker, Gamesa, and Sabritas portfolios with professionalism, integrity, and consistency during every store visit. Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and store-level teams. Secure retailer commitment for promotional events, display programs, and new product placements. Implement approved blocked sets and planograms in alignment with brand standards. Execute Point-of-Sale materials to support promotional, seasonal, and brand-building initiatives. Ensure products are properly rotated, fresh, and visually appealing at all times. Tailor merchandising solutions to align with individual retailer layouts, strategies, and business goals. Complete required store surveys, mileage submissions, and expense reimbursement documentation accurately and on time. Retail accounts include, but are not limited to: EL Rancho, Fiesta Mart, HEB, La Michoacana and other independent grocers across the greater Dallas area.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications
Must reside within Dallas territory. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience in the consumer packaged goods or food industry. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and internal partners. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment. Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Willingness to drive throughout the assigned territory up to 100% of the work schedule. Valid Texas driver's license with a safe driving record; use of a personal and reliable vehicle required (mileage reimbursed). Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Must have indefinite right to work in the United States.
