What you bring You bring a strong blend of sales acumen, technical understanding, and food or ingredient market experience, enabling you to connect customer needs with the right solutions. Requirements include:
7+ years of proven sales and business development experience in food ingredients, agriculture, oats, fiber, or related markets Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition and revenue growth Technical aptitude with the ability to translate product attributes into customer value Strong negotiation, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills Comfort working autonomously while partnering crossfunctionally to achieve results
