The Role As Territory Sales Manager, you will be the face of the company. You’ll be on the move (95% travel across the two counties), engaging with everyone from Owners and General Contractors to Superintendents and Quality Control teams.
Drive Growth: Identify new market leads and expand revenue with our existing, loyal customer base.
Build Partnerships: Cultivate long-term relationships with key industry players.
Own the Process: Manage quotes, submittals, sales forecasts, and reporting with precision.
Be the Expert: Position the company as the go-to solution for high‑quality building materials.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 2–3 years of proven sales success (background in concrete or building materials is a major plus!).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related business field.
Communication: Top‑tier verbal and written skills. Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge advantage.
Adaptability: High emotional intelligence—you can read a room and adjust your approach on the fly.
Road Warrior Mentality: You’re comfortable and excited about traveling throughout the state (approx. 95% of the time).
