How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Lead daily shift operations and care coordination for the vascular diagnostic services team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Provide direct patient care as a licensed vascular technologist, acting as a technical resource for the interdisciplinary team.
  • Monitor clinical documentation within the Electronic Health Records (EHR) to maintain strict regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
  • Oversee orientation and training for assigned vascular diagnostic services associates to support staff development and operational impact.
  • Evaluate staff performance and workflow progress to ensure optimal safety and efficiency within the fast-paced vascular department.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following:

  • Cardiographic Tech specializing in Vascular Interpretation credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Vascular Interpretation credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • 3+ years of Vascular experience in a hospital setting
