5+ years experience providing Business Analyst responsibilities within Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Business Central experience. Technical requirement gathering. Project Management, documentation, reporting. Interacting with inhouse and outsource Dev teams and resources. Translating between the different levels of technical understanding throughout the organization. Heavy customer service and great stakeholder interaction.
