* Provide care across the full continuumfrom pre-operative evaluation through lifelong post-surgical support
* Serve diverse patient populations, including adolescents and adults with complex medical needs

* Be part of a program accredited by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) for meeting the highest standards in safety, quality, and patient care Qualifications: Successful candidates will possess: * 5+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
* Current board certification as an NP or PA
* Clinical background in Obesity Medicine, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, or Endocrinology preferred; however, highly qualified candidates from other specialties are strongly encouraged to apply
* Willingness to complete fingerprinting as required for working with adolescent patients Practice Details: * Full-time | Choose between 5/8s or 4/10s schedules, with opportunities for telehealth work.
