Generations Home Loans seeks a Home Loan Officer to originate residential mortgages within our Banking, Insurance & Investment industry Financial Services team. You’ll consult with borrowers, analyze financial profiles, recommend loan products, and manage files from application through closing. Responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing referral relationships, collecting and reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Success is measured by funded volume, loan quality, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
