In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while managing a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a 5/8 schedule and flexible availability needed Monday through Friday and coverage for Saturdays as needed.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 1+ years of customer service experience in client-facing role
- Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Strong client communication and multitasking skills
- Scheduling, phone handling, and medical record management
- Ability to triage client concerns and communicate urgency appropriately
- Experience with invoicing and payment processing
- Calm, professional teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment
