Air Separation Unit Engineer Dublin I am seeking a motivated and technically skilled Air Separation Unit Engineer for an international company with a facility based in Dublin. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the Air Separation Unit (ASU) plant while supporting maintenance activities , stock monitoring, and operational improvements. You will work closely with the Plant Manager, Remote Operating Centre, and engineering teams across multiple facilities to maintain high operational and safety standards. For You: Location: Dublin Salary: €60k Key Responsibilities Ensure the Dublin ASU plant operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures Monitor and maintain stock levels, providing timely operational updates to the business Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance activities as directed by the Plant Manager Provide out of hours technical support when required Collaborate with the Cork ASU engineering team to maintain consistency across facilities Work with the Remote Operating Centre and Plant Manager to identify operational issues and implement solutions Manage onsite contractors through the permit to work system Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with health & safety standards Requirements Degree qualification or time served apprenticeship in a relevant engineering or technical discipline Strong technical and numerical ability Knowledge of process control systems, refrigeration, and cooling water systems is desirable Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to prioritise workload and manage projects effectively Self-motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of personal integrity and professionalism For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Brendan Rogers or call Osborne Recruitment on If you are interested in finding out more about the above role and would like to be considered for this or other suitable roles that we may have available for your skill set please attach your CV via the link provided.
