The Benefits: €75k - €95k salary Excellent Bonus scheme 25 days holiday plus stats Private medical Flexible start/finish times The Role: Buy & sell-side due diligence. Financial & commercial appraisal. Business planning. Responsible for engagement scoping & project set up. Management of project team- preparation & presentation of the end client deliverable. Building & developing sustainable client relationships. Participation in business development activities. The Person: ACA qualified (or equivalent). Strong previous experience within a due diligence/corporate finance focused role. (min. 4 years) Good knowledge & understanding of the financial due diligence process. Experience of working on PE transactions Excellent communication & leadership skills.
