Exclusively partnering with a highly impressive Irish business currently exceeding €500 million in revenue and scaling via acquisitions and organic growth. The business operates globally, with a strong focus on Europe, where this role will manage 3 European countries. Role: Manage month-end close for multiple European entities. Prepare management accounts and financial reports. Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and group policies. Coordinate external audits and statutory reporting requirements. Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Support group consolidation and reporting processes. Oversee VAT, tax, and regulatory filings with local advisors. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting. Analyse financial results and investigate variances. Support finance process improvements and system enhancements Ideal Candidate: Audit experience desirable 1-2 years PQE Accountant (ACA, ACCA, etc) Good organisational and stakeholder management ability The role will offer variety, with future M&A exposure.
