I opened my agency in 2018 and lead a team of five, built on strong relationships, creativity, and a competitive drive to grow. Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent and grew up around the insurance world, as my father was also an insurance agent. I attended the University of Illinois, where I ran track, and I'm one of four brothers - family, teamwork, and healthy competition are a big part of who I am. Outside the office, I enjoy traveling and staying involved in entrepreneurial projects. My brothers and I started a drinkware company, Frost Buddy, which has grown rapidly and reflects the innovation and hustle I bring into our agency as well. We stay connected to our community through chamber involvement and by hosting a golf outing that supports local high school sports. • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
