Driving strategic data initiatives, the full-time remote Data Analytics Lead will manage complex analytics projects, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes. Key responsibilities
Design and lead end-to-end analytics projects addressing strategic business questions across various domains Architect and maintain scalable data models and reporting tools while synthesizing findings into clear narratives for diverse audiences Partner with business leaders to translate needs into analytical project plans and present findings to senior leadership
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong working knowledge of Python or R for analytical workflows Expertise with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes
