Working remotely within the US West region, the full-time Sales Engineer I will assist the Global Sales Team with technical inquiries, support technical trials, and create software scripting solutions to convey the value of Samsara's IoT solutions to customers. Key responsibilities
Assist the Global Sales Team by monitoring and maintaining an inbound question queue for technical inquiries Support technical trials and create software scripting solutions for proof of concepts Produce and manage digital content for product learning and assist with hardware installation and software configuration
Required qualifications
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline Preferred 1+ years experience in a pre-sales or support capacity Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems Familiarity with cloud software, networking, automation, and control systems
