Über
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Supervise, train, and evaluate employees in charge.
Responsible for the profits, expenses, cash, inventory, and purchases of the station or store.
Analyze results, operational trends, and establish action plans providing direction in areas of opportunity.
Maintain documentation required by the company.
Responsible for audits and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Verify product availability and merchandise location in the store.
Establish relationships with customers and the community served.
Responsible for everything related to the "Food Service" department, sales, expenses, quality control, food handling, "Serv Safe" procedures, among others.
Responsible for auditing and authorizing attendance records of your team, as well as notifying and completing the required documentation for the approval of licenses.
Responsible for complying with all processes related to fuel management, including but not limited to: Compliance with the Environmental Quality Board standards / Management or control of gasoline inventory / Ensuring the proper functioning of equipment / Safety areas / Price survey / Identifying and being alert to any changes or situations that may impact sales in your area; among others.
Qualifications and SkillsHigh School Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience, at least 3 years.
Proficiency in Computer Programs such as Microsoft Office
Ability to learn and work with information systems
Expertise in Inventory Controls
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Experience in Supervision and Leadership
Ability to multitask
