Occupational Therapist

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions to maximize independence in daily activities. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in our EMR, and educate patients and families on home programs.
