Occupational Therapist

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and empower patients to improve independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in our EMR, and educate patients and families.
