Senior Engineer (Hybrid) Senior Engineer with 7+ years experience required to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in a hybrid Bid & Preconstruction role. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Engineer seeking to transition off-site into a preconstruction environment, working across a diverse range of project types at tender and early-stage development. The successful candidate will bring strong technical and commercial awareness and will play a key role in developing high-quality bid submissions and supporting the wider preconstruction team. Role: Contribute to the preparation and coordination of tender submissions. Carry out technical reviews of drawings, specifications, and employers requirements. Support the development of construction methodologies and programme inputs. Liaise with estimating, design, and commercial teams throughout the bid process. Attend pre-tender site visits and client meetings as required. Identify and mitigate risks at tender stage. Requirements: Engineering Degree or Diploma. 7+ years experience with a Main Contractor. Strong technical knowledge across building projects. Commercially aware with excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail. Full driving licence.
