My client is one of Ireland's leading full-service commercial law firms over 220 years in business, 200+ people, and a Projects, Infrastructure & Energy team that is firing on all cylinders right now. They're advising on some of the largest infrastructure mandates in the country and the pipeline shows no sign of slowing. They've asked me to assist them in the recruitment of a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with strong construction law experience to join the PIE team in Dublin. Why I'm excited about this one Real partner trajectory: The last senior hire at this level has already made partner. This isn't a vague "potential" there's a clear and recent precedent. Senior from day one: Very few senior associates in a team of 19. You won't be lost in a crowd you'll be a key voice immediately. Exceptional work quality: Top-tier clients, landmark projects, and a team with a strong market reputation. The work genuinely matches the billing. Flexible on background: Construction-focused is the anchor, but they'll consider real estate, energy, infrastructure contentious or non-contentious. They'll adapt around the right person.
