Over de functie

As an Operator Production, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production process in poultry processing. You will operate, set, and monitor production machines and lines, always putting safety, efficiency and compliance with quality and hygiene standards first. Your technical skills and keen eye for detail are essential in this dynamic setting.

On a typical workday, you start by checking and configuring the machines. You continuously monitor the progress, quality and output of the production process. You detect and resolve minor technical issues quickly and carefully. Additionally, you carry out quality and hygiene checks according to set procedures and accurately record all production data. Together with your team, you keep the workplace clean and safe.

• Salary between €16.05 and €19.08 gross per hour, depending on age, knowledge, and experience;

Wat wij vragen

• MBO-level education and working and thinking ability, preferably in a technical or production-related field;
• Affinity with technology and automated production processes;
• Experience in the food industry, preferably with meat or poultry, is a plus;
• Willingness to work in 2-3 shifts;
• Attention to quality, safety, and hygiene;
• Stress-resistant, committed, and a true team player;
• Available for 40 hours per week.
