Role: Utilities and Compliance Administrator Location: Limerick Due to continued growth, new contracts and extensions Shareridge has an exciting opportunity for a Utilities and Compliance Administrator at our office in Limerick. You will join our experienced team supporting our projects across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for career driven individuals to grow and develop within one of Ireland's fastest growing engineering companies. Training will be provided for this role. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company procedures Request and obtain utility records from service providers (water, gas, electricity, telecoms) Maintain a structured database of utility records and correspondence within the companys online system Distribute utility information to project teams in a timely and efficient manner Track requests and follow up with utility providers to avoid delays Highlight missing, unclear, or high-risk utility data to project teams Requirements: Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems Knowledge of civil engineering and utilities is an advantage Basic understanding of utility mapping is desirable Ability to work independently and use initiative Ability to work to tight deadlines.? *Salary figures advertised are for guidance, packages are based on candidate experience.
