- Identify, qualify, and engage with potential customersfrom initial outreach to demo, negotiation, and close.
- Develop strategic outbound prospecting to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Clearly articulate Limelight's unique value proposition to executives and decision-makers across marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Collaborate closely with founders and internal teams to refine the sales process, optimize customer journeys, and shape Limelight's go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain deep product knowledge, effectively demonstrating Limelight's capabilities tailored to customer needs.
- Consistently track sales activities and manage pipeline accuracy through CRM.
- Meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- 3-7 years of proven sales experience, ideally within SaaS startups or marketplaces.
- Demonstrated success consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a highly customer-centric approach.
- Ability to independently prospect, nurture leads, and close deals.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing complex sales cycles.
- Comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership of your sales pipeline.
- Experience selling marketing technology, influencer platforms, or B2B SaaS products.
- Background working with high-growth startups at an early stage.
- Familiarity with AI-driven or creator-focused solutions.
- Existing relationships or networks within marketing and influencer marketing communities.
- Passionate about the creator economy and B2B influencer space.
- Excited to operate autonomously, drive projects end-to-end, and set high standards.
- Eager to shape the engineering culture and team from the ground up.
- A proactive communicator who enjoys collaborating closely with non-technical stakeholders.
