To support a growing HR team, the full-time Florida Licensed People Analytics Analyst will lead the establishment of a robust analytics framework, providing insights into workforce dynamics and enhancing employee experiences through data-driven strategies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Establish a comprehensive people analytics framework to drive talent development and retention strategies Act as a strategic advisor by leveraging analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and recommend interventions Spearhead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and well-being, positioning the organization as an employer of choice
Required qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role, specifically in people analytics or a related field Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline Proficiency in data querying and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI Strong understanding of statistical and predictive analytics methodologies, with experience in software like R or Python Experience with HR systems and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
