To support the GPO business team, the full-time Salesforce Solutions Architect will design and deliver IT solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring integration with existing CRM systems while driving technical improvements and future-state architecture. Key responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and architectural vision for the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions Collaborate with the GPO business team to translate complex business needs into effective system solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem Develop and maintain CRM architecture models, standards, and best practices while mentoring team members on Salesforce platform governance
Required qualifications
BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent Minimum of ten years of experience in IT architecture design and implementation Significant hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Experience in a CRM Delivery team or similar technology organization Preferred certifications include Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
