Please visit www.imperialco.com for more information./ppWHAT YOU WILL DO:/pulliManage time and deadlines for new installs to ensure everything is executed prior to kick off./liliAccess and identify business needs and review analysis to determine customer requirements, determine the impact of products/services on customer./liliUse information technology to determine product placement, stock levels with overall customer needs to maximize market growth./liliAnalyze market reporting tools to minimize outs and spoils within each market while keeping the right mix of products available to meet our customers needs./liliWork alongside Route Managers and Drivers each day to provide product guidance and review and implement recommended adjustments./liliAssist with coordination of daily schedules, customers, and drivers./liliWork to understand the customers business and align account strategies to customer goals./liliAccountability for individual success within a team environment./liliEnsure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are being met./liliRespond to customer complaints by working with Account Managers to understand root cause and coordinate actions needed to ensure customer satisfaction./liliMerchandise markets, display plans, and assist with promotions./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pWHAT WE LOOK FOR:/pulliA safe driving record deemed by insurance carrier/liliA valid license/liliA high school education/lili1 + years of relevant work experience/liliTravel everyday to and from the client/customer site in all weather elements, driving a company vehicle/liliAbility to work well with people and independently/liliFlexibility/liliExcellent listening, time management, organization, and communication skills./liliTask Management/liliSelf-starter/liliCustomer focused/liliWork well with others/li/ul/div
