Sales Engineer Overview Partnering with a global technology manufacturer supporting advanced electronics and computing infrastructure markets Focus on providing technical solutions to enterprise and large-scale customers Key role bridging engineering, product, and sales teams Based in the Seattle area with customer-facing responsibilities The Role Customer-facing engineering position supporting technical sales and product integration Works closely with sales, product development, and customer engineering teams Ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with client interaction What You'll Do Serve as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, design, prototyping, and production Interface directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions Support product design-in efforts across applications such as power, storage, and connectivity Develop and deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders Create application-specific materials and technical documentation Provide ongoing technical support and resolve customer challenges Collaborate with internal teams on product development and positioning Assist in developing strategies to differentiate solutions in competitive environments Support achievement of strategic and revenue objectives Travel as needed to support customer engagements What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field 5+ years of experience in applications engineering, design engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role Experience supporting hardware-based products or systems Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong organizational and presentation skills Preferred Experience working with power systems, connectivity solutions, or related technologies Background supporting product design-in and technical sales processes Experience using CAD or modeling tools such as Creo or SolidWorks Familiarity with advanced computing environments, networking, or high-performance systems Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $130,000 to $170,000 Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan with company contribution Paid time off and holidays Opportunity for career growth within a global organization Company Global manufacturer of advanced electronic components and interconnect solutions Serves leading technology companies across computing, communications, and industrial markets Known for engineering innovation, product reliability, and strong customer partnerships Offers long-term growth opportunities within a large, established organization
