Seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer for a full-time remote position focused on validating and ensuring the quality of Salesforce solutions within Public Sector and Government Cloud implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support testing and release cycles. Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans for Salesforce Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across complex Salesforce solutions and integrations Collaborate with project teams to validate business requirements and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA or Quality Engineering within enterprise environments Proven experience with Public Sector and Government Cloud Salesforce implementations Extensive experience in building and executing automated test scripts using Salesforce testing tools Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms including Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and release cycles
