This role sits at the front end of the sales process, responsible for handling inbound enquiries and converting interest into qualified opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound enquiries from prospective buyers, sellers and investors Build rapport quickly and professionally with clients over the phone Qualify leads and identify genuine opportunities Book appointments for senior sales team and valuers Maintain accurate records of all interactions within internal systems Deliver a high standard of customer service at all stages of the enquiry process Work towards individual and team-based performance targets
