This company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on an interim basis on a 1-year contract. This role offers hybrid working. Your new role Offer expert advice and guidance to support and direct managers and employees across all divisions, advising on policies, procedures, and all aspects of employment legislation. Collaborate closely with senior leaders on areas such as workforce planning, organisational structure, and performance optimisation. Oversee complex employee-relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and absence management. Contribute to major organisational changes, including restructures and wider transformation initiatives. Lead the HR Operations team to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery throughout the entire employee life cycle. Promote ongoing improvement by enhancing and harmonising HR systems, processes, and ways of working. Review people metrics to generate meaningful insights that support informed decision-making. Take a lead role in union engagement, including supporting pay negotiations, collective bargaining, and broader industrial-relations activity. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for this role, you will need the following: 6 years HR experience Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation Experience managing complex employee relations cases and exposure to managing union disputes Experience working in a large organisation in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills. Team leadership experience What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of €90,000 - €100,000 with a bonus upon completion of the contract. You will also avail of pension and healthcare.
