As a Sales Admin, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring customer enquiries are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally. Your responsibilities will include: Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email Preparing accurate and competitive quotations Processing customer purchase orders Following up on outstanding quotes and opportunities Negotiating with suppliers to source products Supporting customers with product and pricing information Identifying opportunities to upsell Maintaining accurate records across internal systems What Were Looking For
