The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) provides guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the retail sales floor. The ZTL oversees merchandising and customer service, ensuring store standards, Ops Center compliance, and company programs meet expectations. Responsibilities include merchandising, customer service oversight, supervisory duties, and effective communication of company directives.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency in English. Physical requirements include lifting, standing, bending, and operating a motor vehicle.
