Medical Scheduler

We are searching for a part-time customer service rep with medical assistant and medical scheduling skills to work in our clinic. Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication skills.

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls.
• Ensure the office has correct demographic and insurance information on file.
• Schedule patients for yearly wellness exams.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Call on campaigns to schedule.
• Meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals.
• Proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
• Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering patient questions.
• Update patient records.
• Follow all HIPAA regulations.

• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience with EMR systems. Preferably Athena.
• Positive, professional attitude and code of conduct.
• Excellent, professional communication skills

Part-time.

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

• 8 hour shift.
• Monday to Friday occasional Saturdays.
