Driving application modernization initiatives, the full-time Lead Solutions Architect will provide technical and management leadership for the Decennial Transformation and Application Modernization (DTAM) project, working in a hybrid environment with on-site visits as needed. Key responsibilities
Lead and manage application design, development, and modernization activities Establish technical goals and execution plans aligned with project objectives Oversee DevSecOps implementation and ensure application security and operational readiness
Required qualifications
15+ years of professional experience in IT, software engineering, or enterprise architecture Demonstrated experience in technical and management leadership on major programs Experience directing technical teams and establishing execution strategies Proven ability to interface with clients and senior leadership Experience supervising technical teams across multiple workstreams
