5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance field Experience in designing and building test automation scripts using Selenium in Salesforce environment (preferably Service cloud) Experience with APIs and API testing tools – Postman, SOAP UI is a must At least 2-3 years of functional/end to end, release/regression testing on the Salesforce Platform with a focus on front and back-office web-based applications. Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud platform Ability to provide accurate project estimates and timelines Excellent understanding of Software Quality Assurance Techniques and strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience Opportunity Overview
The QA Technical Lead is responsible for the overall quality of Salesforce platform Analyze requirements, design documents and use cases in order develop, modify and execute test cases/scenarios to ensure functional requirements have been satisfied Define, build, modify and execute automated tests for regression test coverage of business process testing (Selenium experience is foundational) Adheres to best practices in testing and automation while continuing to improve the quality and productivity of our testing practices Maintain documentation of test results and execution status to communicate to IT stakeholders, PM, BA, Dev, Service Manager and Service Team Lead Helps operations and development teams in triaging and L1/L2 support for system issue resolution.
