* Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs * Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met * Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads * Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads * Expand client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions * Respond to inbound leads and inquiries * Qualify buyers and sellers * Set appointments for real estate agents * Follow up via calls, text, and email * Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Qualifications:
* Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license * Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred * At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position * Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills * Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car * Licensed real estate agents who enjoy talking to people * Strong communicators who can build trust quickly * Individuals who are consistent with follow-up * People who want a stable income and growth opportunity * Coachable individuals who can follow a proven system
