Visitor Centre Team Member Location: Slane Distillery, Co. Meath Part- Time Position (Tuesday to Friday), with some flexibility to support weekend cover when needed. About the Role Were looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at the Slane Distillery Visitor Centre. As a Visitor Centre Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, bringing the Slane brand story to life through engaging tours, tastings, and first-class service. This is a varied, hands-on role within a close-knit team, where no two days are the same. Youll support across all areas of the visitor centre, including tours, the tasting bar, and retail, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience. What Youll Be Doing Welcoming guests to Slane Distillery in a warm, friendly, and professional manner Hosting engaging distillery tours and whisky tastings with confidence and enthusiasm Providing knowledgeable information about our products and heritage Supporting retail operations, including promoting and processing sales of whisky and branded merchandise Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and soft drinks Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across all visitor areas Following daily operational checks and ensuring compliance with company procedures Promoting a culture of safety and adhering to all quality and operational standards Working collaboratively as part of a small, fast-paced team What Were Looking For Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in a customer service or hospitality environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and engaging manner A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays Fluent English Why Join Us?
