Branch Team Lead (Banking) Osborne are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Branch Team Lead to lead a busy retail banking branch based in South Dublin. AsTeam Lead, you will take full ownership of the branchs operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving branch performance, achieving business growth targets, and creating customer-focused culture within the team.
