Über

Your main role and responsibilities- Provide solution-focused HR advice to managers on a range of employee relations issues and country specific matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice. Develop and update human resource policies and procedures as necessary, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory legislation and industry best practice. Deliver timely and effective support to employees on HR-related topics. Support and advise on internal investigations , grievance and disciplinary processes, ensuring adherence to best practice and employment legislation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Lead and deliver HR projects and initiatives across the business. Assist with recruitment activities as required. Support Global Mobility activities including tax queries, visa requests, legal travel documentation etc. Prepare business reports and analyse HR metrics and data to inform decision-making. Support compensation processes, including benchmarking and salary alignment with market data and internal frameworks. Liaise with third-party providers in relation to employee benefits Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion initiatives Collaborate closely with the wider HR team to drive overall HR performance Experience and Qualifications- Third level qualification in Human Resources is essential Minimum 3 years relevant experience as a HR BP or similar role In depth understanding and knowledge of Irish employment legislation is essential Knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation is a distinct advantage Full clean driving licence is essential Global mobility experience is an advantage Change management experience is an advantage Success Factors and MERCER experience is an advantage Experience in Compensation and benefits is an advantage Ability to independently and effectively manage Employee Relations cases in line with company procedure and process; preventing escalation and mitigating risk Clear understanding and appreciation of confidentiality Have a positive, pro-active approach to working in a team environment along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to work on own initiative What we offer you- A competitive annual salary Hybrid working 22 days annual leave Time off in lieu Enhanced Company Pension Life Insurance Health insurance Dental Insurance Cycle to Work Scheme Christmas bonus Skills: Strategic HR Employee Relations Employee Engagement Workforce Planning Benefits: Group Life Assurance Medical Aid / Health Care Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund
