With multiple industry awards and a reputation for excellence, this contractor is known for delivering complex, culturally significant projects with precision, craftsmanship, and care. What Youll Be Doing Leading the delivery of a high-profile restoration project on a protected structure. Managing the full project lifecycle: planning, procurement, scheduling, and reporting. Coordinating specialist conservation teams, subcontractors, and craftspeople. Ensuring compliance with heritage regulations, planning conditions, and conservation best practices. Working closely with architects, conservation officers, heritage consultants, and client stakeholders. Overseeing site safety, quality control, and risk management. Driving excellence in workmanship and project outcomes. What Youll Bring Proven experience managing restoration, conservation, or heritage construction projects. Strong understanding of listed building regulations and traditional construction methods. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Commercial awareness and experience with contract administration. A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
