Know that you make a difference everyday helping others live their best life. Provide quality services to residents based on each resident's medical needs and Individual Plan. Use your mentoring/coaching skills to teach people self-reliance. All Direct Support Managers have on-call responsibilities after normal business hours, including nights and weekends. Why CRSI?
