Position: Freelance Tele Caller (6‑Month Contract, extendable based on performance).
Salary: No fixed salary – performance based.
Earnings Structure: ₹25 per successful booking conversion. Average ~100 calls/day.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls for customer inquiries.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow call scripts and maintain quality standards.
Update call logs, lead status and feedback in system.
Resolve customer queries and objections professionally.
Collaborate with team to meet goals.
Attend training sessions and apply feedback.
Requirements
Fresher to 3 years experience (voice process/sales preferred).
Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Flexible to work 9‑hour shifts (7 AM‑10 PM).
Available on weekends, holidays & festivals.
Target‑driven, self‑motivated and team player.
Comfortable with Work From Home setup.
Freelance role with performance‑based pay‑out.
