Seeking motivated individuals for the full-time, remote Sales Development Advisor position, responsible for making outbound calls to generate interest in insurance products, overcoming sales objections, and transferring potential customers to licensed agents. Key responsibilities
Make upwards of 800 outbound calls daily to sales prospects to generate interest in SelectQuote's products Handle and overcome sales objections to successfully transfer potential customers to licensed insurance agents Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics to enhance sales agent conversion
Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role with proven success Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends Proficiency with technology, including computers and phone systems
