To support a growing telemedicine platform, the full-time remote QA Lead will own the quality strategy, manage automation frameworks, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all product lines by actively engaging in the patient journey. Key responsibilities
Own quality as a customer experience, identifying and addressing potential issues that could frustrate patients Lead the QA strategy and roadmap, embedding quality concerns into sprint planning and design reviews Write and maintain automated tests while transitioning to in-house automation and establishing reliable CI/CD quality gates
Required qualifications
5+ years in QA/SDET roles, including 1-2+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity Strong hands-on automation skills with proficiency in a major framework (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) Deep familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI) Experience in maturing QA practices within a fast-paced startup or small engineering team Customer obsession demonstrated through specific examples of enhancing user experience
