Position Overview We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused
Environmental Construction Sales Representative
to grow our customer base and strengthen existing client partnerships. This role is responsible for upselling current customers, developing new business opportunities, attending networking events, and serving as a visible, professional ambassador for the company. The ideal candidate is confident in front of clients, understands construction and environmental services, and thrives on building long-term relationships. Flood Study & Downstream Assessment FEMA Letters of Map Change (LOMC) Detention Sizing & Design Analysis of Complex Hydraulic Systems Dam Breach Analysis Floodplain and Watershed Analysis & Management Stream Restoration & Stabilization Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients; identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities Prospect and secure new customers through outreach, referrals, networking events, and industry associations Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community functions Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and present service solutions tailored to client needs Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and client satisfaction Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales pipeline Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience (construction, environmental services, or related field preferred) Strong understanding of environmental construction services such as remediation, demolition, abatement, or site development (preferred) Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Ability to attend networking events, some evenings as needed Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings Key Traits for Success Relationship builder Confident and professional “face of the company” Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality Organized and detail-oriented Customer-focused problem solver Company Description RightStaff was recognized by INC 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the nation.
